honestly, the only thing worse than the lack of proper coffee options was the location, which was inconveniently far from the city center. talk about disappointing! i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but nope, just basic treatment here. i was almost going to give a good review, but. i just couldn't.

These aspects would benefit from some improvements.

The suite was stunning, with a private pool and a spacious layout. Loved the super comfy king-size bed and the unique stone tub in the bathroom. Enjoyed daily gifts from housekeeping and incredible massages at the spa. The lush landscaping and clean pool were perfect for relaxing. Staff were beyond helpful and always smiling!

The service was amazing, especially Bunny who was responsive to our every request! I mean, they sorted our breakfast at 4:30 am so we could hit the temples at sunrise.
